Asbestos Consulting Services
SCAC provides licenced asbestos assessor and hygiene services to the NSW lower south coast.
We provide the following services:
- Asbestos identification / Asbestos testing
- Asbestos audits / inspections / surveys / registers / management plans / risk assessments
- Asbestos clearance inspections & certification following removal
- Air monitoring for airborne asbestos fibres
- Loose-Fill Asbestos Insulation (LFAI – “Mr Fluffy”) roof space inspections & sample collection
- Asbestos hygiene management services
- Hazardous Building Materials audits (Asbestos, Synthetic Mineral Fibres - SMF's, Lead Based Paint - LBP's, PolyChlorinated Biphenyls - PCB's, etc)
- Organise for sample analysis and air monitoring by NATA accredited laboratory where required
- Advise on removal options and recommend local licenced asbestos removal contractors
